 Returns & Refund PolicyÂ
 Whilst we are confident that you will love our products, we understand that can sometimes things can go wrong and the product may need to be returned. To request a refund or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team on magnoliacollectiveaustralia@gmail.com or 1800 810 123 and they will be more than happy to assist. Â
 All returns & exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the products, you will be entitled to a refund/exchange where:Â
 You may have changed your mind about your purchase or are not completely satisfied with the products you have receivedÂ
- The product is faulty or damagedÂ
- The incorrect product has been deliveredÂ

Please note the following exceptions to our return & exchange policy:Â
 Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchangedÂ
- Returned item must have tags still on and be returned in the original packagingÂ
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or useÂ

The return shipping cost will be at the customers expense and is non-refundable, unless in the case of our error in shipping an incorrect or faulty product to you.Â

 For change of mind returns, a refund will only apply to the cost of the products, not the delivery charges. Please also allow up to 30 days for us to process the refund from the time you send your items back to us.Â
 All refunds will be processed back onto the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase, please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account (some financial institutions can take longer). Please contact us if you have not received your refund within 14 working days of the refund confirmation being received.Â
